Cappuccino - One of our first flavours which has remained consistently popular with all our coffee
lovers.A beautifully moist coffee sponge with a coffee buttercream topping dusted with cocoa.Freshly brewed Espresso coffee
is included in both the sponge and the topping.
Chocolate Orange - Again very
popular at Christmas we infuse our Chocolate sponge with the finest Boyajian orange oil and give it a rich chocolate orange topping
Lemon - A rich burst of citrus lemon in both the sponge and the buttercream topping.
Kiwi and Lime - Delicious light , moist sponge flavoured with kiwi fruit and pure Boyajian lime
oil with a lime buttercream topping. Raspberry , Strawberry , Blueberry , Gooseberry
,Blackberry ,Blackcurrant - Quite simply pick your favourite summer fruit.Each cake includes fresh fruit in the base
and the topping,which can be iced or buttercream, to give you a fabulous taste of summer.
Damson
Swirl - Adapted especially for Damson Day in 2009.A light moist sponge mixed with Lyth Valley Damsons topped with homemade
damson jam and damson buttercream.
Carrot Cake - A constant favourite.The sponge contains
finely grated carrot , coconut and raisins topped with an orange infused buttercream and toasted coconut.
Sticky Toffee Pudding - Adapted from a favourite recipe the sponge includes coffee soaked dates and
dark brown sugar topped with a delicious homemade toffee fudge with dates and walnuts.
Orange
and Coconut - A perfect blend of Boyajian orange oil and grated coconut topped with a rich orange buttercream or glace
icing .
Cherry Cake - A light cherry sponge topped with icing
and a cherry on top.
