We feel that the simple key to good cakes is good ingredients
which is why we shall never compromise on what goes into our cakes.
All
of our cakes are made with Shipton Mill hand rolled organic flour , local free range eggs , unrefined sugar and real
fruit such as raspberries , strawberries , lemons , blueberries , gooseberries and damsons.In fact any fruit flavour
we do will contain the actual fruit. We also use Neilsen-Massey Madagascan Vanilla Extract , Green and Black's
organic chocolate , Boyajian pure orange oil and freshly brewed espresso coffee to give you that authentic taste.
