We feel that the simple key to good cakes is good ingredients
which is why we shall never compromise on what goes into our cakes.
All
of our cakes are made with Shipton Mill hand rolled organic flour , local free range eggs , unrefined sugar and real
fruit such as raspberries , strawberries , lemons , blueberries , gooseberries and damsons. We also use Neilsen-Massey
Madagascan Vanilla Extract , Callebaut finest Belgian chocolate , Boyajian pure orange lime and lemon oils and
freshly brewed espresso coffee to give you that authentic taste.
